About the Forish Ethnocultural Tourism Portal

Forish district is a region with a rich historical and natural heritage. Places such as Aydarkul, Mojrum village, Tosh Qala, Zaynulobiddin shrine determine its tourism potential. The National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, and especially the Faculty of History, are actively involved in the scientific study and promotion of these treasures.

As a result of the faculty's research, maps of historical monuments, tourist routes, and guide materials are being prepared. Students participate in expeditions, creating the foundations of scientific tourism.

These efforts are helping to transform the Forish district into a science-based tourism center.
